Standard date of application is till the 15th day of the current month for the following one.

At an untimely application the shipment is possible only from availability of goods in the warehouse of the enterprise.

An average time of shipment is from 1 to 45 calendar days from the moment of specification signing.

The sizes of the used tare and packaging:

Corrugated cardboard boxes of G7 - internal dimensions are 375х280х140 mm

Corrugated cardboard boxes of G8 - internal dimensions are 375х280х160 mm

Corrugated cardboard boxes of G11 - internal dimensions are 292х242х142 mm

Corrugated cardboard boxes of G12 - internal dimensions are 292х242х171 mm

Wooden boxes of Ya2 - the sizes are 486х302х271 mm

Wooden containers KD - the sizes are 1200х800х775 mm

Depending on standard sizes, products are packed as follows:

Bolts M6-M30 and Nuts M6-M36 without zinc coating in corrugated cardboard boxes 30 kg each;

Bolts M6-M20 and Nuts M6-M20 with zinc coating in corrugated cardboard boxes 25 kg each;

Bolts M24-M30 and Nuts M24-M36 with zinc coating in corrugated cardboard boxes 30 kg each.

High-strength bolts, nuts, washers in accordance with GOST R52644-2006, R52645-2006, R52646-2006 in wooden boxes 50-60 kg each.

Boxes can be installed on a euro pallet.

Railway fasteners are packed into wooden containers 1 ton each.

At the request of a customer, railway fasteners can be packed into corrugated cardboard boxes 30 kg each.

Double-turn spring washers DSTU GOST 21797:2017 Ø 25 are packed into wooden containers 0,8 ton each.

At the request of a customer, they can be packed into corrugated cardboard boxes 25 kg each.

High-strength bolts, nuts, washers in accordance with GOST R52644-2006, R52645-2006, R52646-2006 are packed into wooden boxes 50-60 kg each.

Standard terms of shipment for residents are EXW or FCA - a warehouse of manufacturer.

At this basis of delivery the factory loads products on the vehicle of the buyer.

At export deliveries terms DAP (carload shipments) are used i.e. delivery of goods to the border of Ukraine with indication of the point or the place of transition.

These terms of delivery mean delivery of not unloaded goods after customs clearance at the disposal of the buyer to the specified point on the border before arrival of goods to the customs border of the contiguous party ; FCA means a warehouse of manufacturer (shipments by trucks or carload shipments).

At this basis of delivery the factory loads products on trucks or in the railway cars and forwards them to the address of consignee. At the same time the goods after customs clearance are transferred under the responsibility of the carrier chosen by the buyer in the specified place or point at a set time.

CPT means a destination place (shipments by trucks or carload shipments). At this basis the factory will transfer the goods released after customs clearance to the named carrier for transportation of goods to a destination place.

Terms of payment: 100% advance payment.

The minimum volume of an order of each nomenclature position is not less than 480 kg.

In case of availability of inquiries from other customers and under condition of the total volume of an order not less than 480 kg. of each standard size, the minimum volume of the order of each position is not less than 25 kg (according to the standard packaging).

Minimum lot of shipment in Ukraine is from 25 kg (depending on a type of packaging and availability of products in a warehouse).

Minimum lot of shipment for export is from 5 to 21 tons – deliveries by trucks and from 50 to 60 tons – deliveries by railway cars (depending on terms of delivery).
